Your Duties After a Loss:
1. Take pictures of all damaged areas to substantiate the claim before starting any repairs. 2. Protect the property from further damage. Make reasonable and necessary repairs to protect the property. 3. Call your company to report the loss. Claim phone numbers (24 hour) provided below. 4. Make a list of all damaged personal property. Gather any receipts that you may have for damaged contents. 5. Keep an accurate record of temporary repairs and additional living expenses. Additional living expenses include any necessary and reasonable increase in living expense you incur so that your household can maintain its normal standard of living.
